Happy Friday the 13th. Who knows where the time goes. Maplewood, my first ever solo release, that was recorded on my faithful Tascam 4 track, came out 20 years ago today. So on a nostalgic whim, I have decided to put up 10 four-track cassette demos from my early days on Bandcamp. Some obviously appeared on later albums, there are a couple of old live favourites that were never released. It’s been a real gas going through these odd old tapes, perhaps there’ll be more to come. I really hope you enjoy them, they’re lo-fi as hell, bask in their gnarliness! A huge thank you to Steve Gullick for his guidance and eternal photographic genius. Viva Son of Maplewood! Love EH X
